How does the weekly report work?
Every Friday at 5pm we automatically post a CSAT summary to your Slack channel — total ratings, per-agent breakdown, and trends. No setup needed.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use OAuth2 to connect to Intercom and Slack. We never store conversation content — only CSAT ratings and metadata needed to send notifications.
